This webinar will help DG Program participants improve their applications to avoid Need Info requests, which slow down the application process. Supplemental materials will be provided following the webinar, such as a common application errors checklist and a list of the top reasons for Need Info requests.

About the Presenters:

Amy Jackson is the Director of Operations for Illinois Shines, overseeing Application Processing, Contracts and Customer Support. She has served in the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Industries for the past twelve years. Amy works remotely from Spokane Valley, WA.

Courtney Blohm is a Project Manager on the Illinois Shines application processing team. She started on the Illinois Shines teams as an application processor and is now a Project Manager overseeing the Need Info process and expansion cases. She has been with Energy Solutions since April of 2023 as part of the Illinois Shines team.

Julie Hurewitz is a Senior Project Manager on the Illinois Shines Strategy team. She is the Distributed Generation Sector Strategist and works to support Approved Vendors and Designees in the Program. She has been with Energy Solutions for four years and has been part of the Illinois Shines team since 2022.
