This 3-hour course uses a combination of lecture and classroom activities to teach basic energy literacy, basic principles of renewable energy and the technologies. 

An overview will be provided of the impact renewable energy has on small and large-scale economies as well as career and business opportunities available.

Prerequisite for Pro Track 101 courses, unless student has construction type experience or knowledge.

INSTRUCTOR
Mark Burger

Mark is Principal Consultant at Kestrel Development Company, providing consulting services on renewable energy policy, technology and market development.  He has over 25 years experience in renewable energy and building energy applications.  Mark is also the ISEA Board President.
