DESCRIPTION:http://www.illinoissolar.org/ViewEvent.ashx?eventId=546081\n\n   www.illinoissolartour.org\n \n The Illinois Solar Tour is a FREE PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE to demonstrate how Illinois homes and businesses are using solar\, wind\, geothermal\, passive solar design\, and energy efficiency to be energy independent.\n \n Renewable energy system owners and installers will be providing the tours and can answer your questions on how you too can harness the power of the sun and wind to fuel your home and business.\n \n This is the 6th Annual Illinois Solar Tour organized by the Illinois Solar Energy Association (ISEA)\, a non-profit organization that promotes the widespread application of solar and other forms of renewable energy through education and advocacy.\n \nA National Event\nThe ISEA Illinois Solar Tour is part of the American Solar Energy Society’s (ASES) National Solar Tour event\, “the largest grassroots solar event in history.” More than 160\,000 participants will visit some 5\,500 buildings in 3\,200 communities across the U.S. on tour day.\n \n     www.illinoissolartour.org\n
