DESCRIPTION:http://www.illinoissolar.org/ViewEvent.ashx?eventId=505711\n\nThe Illinois Municipal League 99th Annual Conference will be held on October 18-20\, 2012 at the Hilton Chicago.\n \n Exhibit space will be available for $775 (10' x 10') per booth. Materials for exhibitors should be ready around early July 2012 and will be available online and emailed to prior exhibitors and any additional requests received since last year.\n \n If you would like to request the exhibitor material be emailed to you please contact Kim Cummings\, IML Exhibit Hall Coordinator.\n \n The Illinois Municipal League Annual Conference has approximately 1800 municipal attendees from all around the state. The exhibits will be located in the Southeast and Southwest Exhibit Halls in the lower level of the Hilton Chicago. The 2012 exhibit hall will be open during the following period:\n \n      * Thursday\, October 18th\n   10:00 am to 2:00 pm - Exhibit Hall Vendor Setup\n   2:00 pm to 5:00 pm - Open to Attendees\n   \n\n\n        * Friday\, October 19th\n   10:00 am to 5:30 pm - Open to Attendees\n   4:30 pm to 5:30 pm - Dessert Reception for Attendees in Exhibit Hall\n\n
