The 22 story “cold weather sustainable” headquarters is the home to 1\,800 Manitoba Hydro employees. This tower is the first of the next generation of sustainable buildings that integrate time-tested environmental concepts with advanced technologies to achieve a “living building\,” dramatically responding to the local climate.\n \n This presentation will highlight the design process and the innovative features that contribute to the building’s superior indoor environment and efficient energy use.
