DESCRIPTION:http://www.illinoissolar.org/ViewEvent.ashx?eventId=290376\n\nEnvironmentally concerned citizens from all over Illinois will join Illinois Environmental Council's member affiliates for lobby day on Wednesday\, March 30th. \n \n Participants will play a crucial role in our efforts to pass meanigful environmental legislation.  The conversations you have on lobby day are invaluable because you bring the stature of being a constituent to the floors of the capitol\, as well as your passion and concern for the environment. \n If you have not had the experience of lobbying\, please do not be concerned\, as we will have staff and volunteers to help guide you throughout the day.\n \n If you're hoping to arrive Wednesday morning\, are you interested in coming on the Lobby Day Bus leaving from Chicago? Bus with dinner will be about $40 per person. We will depart Chicago (Vernon Park Church of God- with free parking) at 6:30 a.m. and arrive back there at 8:00 p.m. (leave Springfield at 4:15).\n \n For those arriving in Springfield on Tuesday\, a reception with training is being provided.\n \n REGISTRATION\n For more information and to REGISTER\, please visit the ELC website or email Jen Walling.\n \n
